Q: What’s included in an full interior detail?
A: Our full interior detail ($145) includes deep vacuuming, carpet and seat stain removal, interior window cleaning, detailed clean of all surfaces (dashboard, doors, center console, etc.), and a complimentary air freshener. For lighter needs, our express interior clean ($90) covers surface vacuuming, wipe-downs, and inside glass cleaning.
Q: Do you come to me, or do I bring my car to you?
A: We’re a mobile detailing service, so we come to you for your convenience. Prefer to drop your car off instead? No problem—just let us know a day in advance and we’ll make it work.
Q: Can I Pay In Advance?
A: If it's more convenient for you to pay before your appointment, we openly accept the use of online payment option such as Zelle, Apple Pay, and Venmo. Please message us if this something you're interested doing.
Q: How long does a detailing service take?
A: It depends on the condition of the vehicle. An express interior clean usually takes about 45–60 minutes. A full interior detail typically takes 1.5 to 2.5 hours. We take our time to get it right—quality comes first.
Q: Do I need to be present during the service?
A: Not at all. As long as we have access to your vehicle, you're free to go about your day. We'll notify you when the job is complete and we can conduct a walkthrough with you.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept cash, Zelle, Apple Pay, and Venmo. Payment is due upon completion of service following a walkthrough
Q: Do you clean exteriors as well?
A: Yes. Our standard exterior hand wash includes a gentle soap rinse, hand-drying with microfiber towels, wheel and tire cleaning, and a shine finish. It can be added to any interior service.
Q: What if my car is really dirty or has pet hair?
A: Heavily soiled vehicles and excessive pet hair may incur a small surcharge, depending on severity. We’ll always discuss any additional fees with you before starting the job.
Q: Do you offer recurring services or memberships?
A: Absolutely. If you're interested, let us know and we’ll provide you with our packages.
Q: How far in advance should I book?
A: We recommend booking at least 2–3 days in advance to secure your preferred time. Same-day service may be available depending on the schedule.
